Session I: me & my commUnity Orientation

Allows young women to hear from a keynote speaker while learning what to expect during the program. In addition, the participants will be assigned to teams and meet their teammates and assigned mentor(s).

Session II: commUnity Mentoring and Problem-Solving

This session will allow each team and mentor to develop a solution to resolve a current community issue in the Central Florida area. Topics are assigned to groups working together to analyze their issues and develop a creative solution and implementation plan.

Session III: me & my Future

The final session focuses on each participant's future educational opportunities and career choices. This session consists of interactive activities, a keynote speaker, and information to help in college from Valencia College and the University of Central Florida.
